Project Descriptions

This project, our duty is a home and best place for any potential to do their products with the design of module and technical optimization.

The site is home for 4 buildings aligned in the setbacks complied to the urban decision and requirements for producing process and export & import and fire safety and protection as well. It is easy to connect two of them into one in case of needing a bigger workshop. A removable partitions in the middle of each sloped roof are installed to help regulate any demand of rent from the future tenants.

The front facade is main part to show the aesthetic of the factory with the interlaced architectural language to be replayed one by one thanks to the allocation of solid and transparent panels which were selected as the polycarbonate sheets to get more sunlight to inside space and reunify to others to create the unique design.

The main entrance to the lobbies of each factories is designed to become a box which brings the welcoming feelings to every staffs who works and especially the guests who visit the factory.
