Project Descriptions

The site was located in a prime zone which is near by the Saigon River, even this area is not near the riverside but in high level of APT there are a stunning view to the river and the current C.B.D in District 1.

Waves-inspired from the surrounding river has gave us the main story for the master planning and architecture. Four V-shaped apartment buildings strongly express that aesthetic and create not only inside a huge central garden hugging each others, but also space the smaller plazas that are just above the podium in the outside edge of the land boundary or the concave zone of each V-shapes. The rhythm keep on showing up on the facade by the interlaced form and mass that really reflect the nature and time going by its itself shadows on the facade.

This area is near the riverside, so that's why it is a reasonable and economic way to put all the necessary parking in the podium, just inside and outside parts which faces to the street is covered by shophouses and retails to supply the all-in-one facilities and commercial and services for not only this apartments, but also nearby neighborhoods. The ideas is clear to declare about the idea of "social hubs" and "opening lifestyle".

Public amenities are located in multi-levels creating the diverse of selections and landscape on type of activities and people who use that activities carefully. Everything is considered to enhance the opening and active community among such a dense city like HCMC, just a place for residents to get a way from it all and retreat in the most comfortable and convenient way.
