The site is one of the most strategic residential mixed-use plots in Thu Thiem new urban area, located inside the Empire City masterplan, adjacent to the central core and fronting the major Crescent Boulevard, is one of the best locations in Empire city to live in. It is situated adjacent to the 88-story observation tower – envisioned to be one of the city's future iconic landmarks. 

For this project, we propose new living space paradigm for new requirements, especially valuable community. We cannot force people to be friends.  But we can make more chances for people which ordinary APT layout cannot give.

The concept is “AERIE” means a nest on high cliff or mountain-top by eagle or hawk. It has feeling of high & opened, nobility, solitude & contemplation. The design maximizes views across the site and optimizes the courtyard area by aligning the tower’s internal layout—including its core—perfectly with that of the podium; this ensures that no part of the tower structure encroaches upon the courtyard space. The podium accommodates residential units, parking, and retail space at ground level, featuring a vast courtyard that offers both private areas for residents and expansive public spaces. Aligning the structural columns of the tower and podium—eliminating the need for structural transfers—helps reduce costs. For the tower, we propose a design featuring single-loaded corridors to maximize scenic views and create more apartments with private terraces. Finally, the detailed layout is curated around the visual theme of an "Aerie."
