• Feasibility study & concept design for VN or foreign clients

• Architectural planning & designs: international & domestic design competitions, BD,TD & CD for various projects (APT 150,000 sqm with 34 floors, 1000 units, shopping mall GFA 120,000 sqm, industries, etc.. )

Job Title

Kiến Trúc Sư/ architect

Job Description

- Architectural planning & design

- Urban planning & design

- Feasibility study for projects

- Proceed the approval process

- Research for law, regulations & real-estate market

- Checking architectural materials & specification.

Basic Labor conditions

- Probation time : 2 months

- Company supports 3 insurances according to VN law

- Office working time : 8 hours (8:00~17:30/1h30 lunch) / Mon~Fri

- Office location : An Phu, district 2, HCMC

Job Requirement

- Should be graduated architectural university

- High Revit capacity is preferred

- Good English is preferred.  Nationality should be Vietnam
