Project Descriptions

Nowadays, most of Korea's economy is based on industries such as: electronics, automobile, construction, tourism,.. In this way, most industries are risking their future lives on the development of new technologies and materials. But it’s very different from other industries, the future of agriculture and seed industry lies entirely in our traditions. Aware of that, in the end of 2021, we join in the International Competition for the (New) Agricultural Resources Management Institute in Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. Following there requirement, the building will be the place to produce and supply high quality local seeds base on the relevant research.

For an effective of the building, we proposed some more function not only for staff, also for visitor and neighborhood. In whole space, people can understand with nature and agriculture. We proposed the project conceptual design base on:

1. A step-by-step landscape, easy to approach and attract more people.

2. Layout plan and elevation that embodies the general image of a rural village in Korea.

3. The building show the spatial structure of Korea traditional rural houses “Hanok” in modern architectural language.
