Project Descriptions

The Resort is located in the riverside zone which is Northern of HCMC with pros for developing a leisure, recreation, retreat living for people from central CBD. Therefore, the master plan has expressed the connectivity from the riverside to inner land with convey the health-oriented living style by applying philosophy of natural harmony, various water features of river and lake and pond to feed leisure fish and productive fishes. The whole site can be considered self-sufficient with organic products. Consequently, the buildings with two types of main villas, and other bungalows has been scattered in the high elevation zone to enjoy the best view and atmosphere has been created by the master layout.

Overall, the main concept flow has applied to master plan and building design with shell-inspired shapes. First, landscape detailly established promenades and pathway for cycling and walking through the site crossing the forest and garden with trees, plantings, shrubs and flowers chosen by clients' hobbies. Next, buildings are outstanding from the landscaping background with special wave-featured roof shapes which are not only protect indoor space from harsh environment, but also bringing stunning ceiling for the interior. In this way, outdoor and indoor has been integrated strongly.
