The apartment has been planning among one of the most dynamic and developed zone in Ho Chi Minh City. To contribute to the river view and follow the modern lifestyle and living standard of eco-living, we propose the concept that follow the real phenomenon that frequently appear in desert area; that is among such a harsh and extreme weather and natural condition of desert, suddenly an "oasis" to attract people and help them over the hard time of going through sand dunes. It is similar to the feelings of living in such one of the most crowded city in Vietnam, we really need a place to come back and enjoy the life well.

We reflects the concept not only in the facade, but also in our spaces of lush garden and abundant of enjoyable retreat areas.
