Project Descriptions

The site is located in a good location which is at a active T-junction of a crowded district in Ho Chi Minh City, and it is really potential to develop this area to become a complex project with high-rise development to become the new stunning landmark for the local skylight.

Under the codes and regulations of urban design here, the plot is permitted to reach to the level of 14 floors, and we intended to spend at least two of them to program as the commercial podium that can serve to all office floor above and surrounding area which is very crowded and need a lot of public facilities and services, especially about F&B.

Saigon through its history always have been developing with a dramatic speed, especially right now and a corner of streets like that is really active and dynamic. That's the main theme that we want to convey through this project to reflect the current historical situation. Later Saigon can be highly possible to convert into the new form of urban emotions with the priority of public transportation and maybe calm down compared with this time. A concept of reflection the street feelings into the facade with the dynamic forms as a way to make a memorandums of the past story that Saigon also has a time like that.

From that, we design the active language of the podium with zigzag and triangular void to create the dynamic forms, especially express at the corner when people usually come across in the high frequency. That's a slope of curtain lead directly to the atrium on the second floors and exceed to level 4 as a social hub for all people who works here, they can experience the private working in their office or work and discuss outside of their box in that interesting space that lead them the best view directly to the C.B.D.

In the higher level of which typical floors of office zone are located, we study to divide have the highly flexibility to every tenants who want to occupy here with some options of division from small scale office to big scale office.
