Project Descriptions

The site is located near one the most famous seaside route in the southern part of the middle of Vietnam with white sand beaches and breathtaking view to East Sea Vietnam.

Our opt to this project from the architectural stage to design the architecture row-houses, semi-detached villas, single villas and mansion. Nearly 20 samples of houses is derived to adapt to the huge demand of the new complex and community here with the style of Mediterranean, especially Cycladic style that is really well-known for its cubic forms, minimalism design, and the stunning & contrast color schemes of white and blue under the bright sunlight of Mediterranean area.

The aesthetics of this architecture actually really suitable to some areas in the southern middle of Vietnam with a clear blue sky and bright sunlight to make any sculptural-inspired architecture to become a masterpiece under as time going at every minutes and every view angle we witness and observe.

We have manipulated masterly and skillfully of all elements characterized for Cycladic style, such as: clusters of roofs, maze of narrow alleys with cobble stones, blue-domes (azure), cubic shape, white-washed wall, Cycladic artworks and minimal style from small scale of interior to medium scale of architecture to big scale of complex of houses or housing arrays. All of them combine and create a very unique community in this area.
