Pop and outstanding is the main spirits for our design on this factory that mainly produce the high qualified print on ready-made shirts.

The relationship between many aspects from site analysis, process of producing and working environment give us the overall ideas to design a effective multi-storeys building with a young, unique and dynamic outlook that reflect the spirits of products being produced inside.

As the land shape is quite regular but going deep into the rear side, we create the master layout based on the logic of functionality and process. The 4-storeys office was located in the front and become the main face of the complex, the 3-storeys workshops was put behind the office and link together to create the smooth flow between administration and produce part of the factory. Beside that, adjoin area between them was covered with curtain that is was easy and meaningful for supervisor and showcase activities.

For the main entrance, it is separated into two ways to access the buildings to divide the flow of people, car, fire fighting trucks and container trucks to keep the safety and security of the total compound of factory.
