People lives in Can Tho City, the central region of Mekong River Delta has got used to live together happily in garden houses along the riverbank, so may years like that with the wellbeing of life accompanying with the river. That's most interesting and meaningful input for us to pursuit the concept for one of the first high-rise apartment in this region and contribute to the city skylight whenever we see it from the CBD or from the gate of the entrance that you will properly recognizes after going across the Can Tho bridge.

Can Tho Bridge will be one of the most significant point of attraction that we want to focus on for the best view of the apartment. Therefore, the form and massing was studied towards this directions. And so many site analysis while the initial study lead us to final decisions.

As one of the first high-rise apartment in this region, that's why the market study is really important and play the crucial role in our proposal to our client about the proper unit mix and size. Besides that, it is also about the programming for the podium based on both of market research and socio-economic study.

The concept itself was express towards the facade of using random uniquely saw-tooth balconies to help people direct their sight to the best view of Can Tho bridge. Besides, it also was depicted in the spaces and landscape contributing to the overall lifestyle of sky river residence. We live in sky residence and enjoy the the feeling and sight to Can Tho bridge and river.
