A creative and new trends and new fashion for the factory was the first sentence we, architects and clients agreed to follow throughout the projects.

The factory was supposed to be the newest building in a well-known industrial park in the middle of Vietnam with the purpose of renting, therefore the main concept had to be dynamic to appeal the tenant and flexibility enough to all tenants. To execute that strategy, the master plan of the buildings is shaped in I-shaped along the main road that is easy to divide the building into smaller parts related to the tenant's requirements or all-in-one, big pavilion for there process.

The facade which was the main part to show up the active process of producing in industrial aspects and enhance the people's spirits and productivity was received the ideas from interlace-inspired creating the dynamic rhythms. In that surfaces, we use polycarbonate sheet as the way to get more lighting into indoor spaces and strategy of contrast of materials to make the dynamic effects. Finally, the quality and bright color of buildings elements was considered under the thought of reducing and preventing the negative impact of such a hot and harsh weather and frequent storm wind in a strongest storm-zone in Vietnam.
