Project Descriptions

The site is located in the prime location in one of the most off island in Vietnam with a wonderful natural landscapes of beach, sand and pearl ocean. Beside that, the demand to visit and have the retreat trip in the tropical regions is increasing year by year, and this area is still a wild nature to discover and develop, but is also emerge the new requirements of how to develop such a interesting complex here without touching and hurting the nature. By this project, we found the way and strategies to develop it in the sustainable thorough thoughts.

The land-shape is quite regular but the seaside is not really long and it gave us some challenges to find the best way for zoning. In this scheme, we make the master layout with the considerations of the most valuable land, as respectively from the sea towards the inner land: resort, golfcourse (or residential), clubhouse (or shopping mall). The two schemes of programming and planning is under the requirements of clients and our studies on phasings and pre-feasibility of the project.

As the main throughout ideas: "eco-friendly and economic" are the main factors affecting our planning, such as: taking advantage of land level to house the buildings, respecting the terrain and trees & plantings in reality. We prepare for all in advance, flexibility adequate for an ideal platform for the later architectural and landscape design.
