Nearby Tien River landscape which is one of most well-known branches of Mekong River when flowing through Vietnam, this area have some advantages to develop a complex of commercial - trading - services, residential, tourism and accommodation. But quite far from the existing center so it should become a new center as a condition to attract people and tourist more and more.

Concept

Commercial Creek is main inspiration of urban space which go though this area, a Compact of where it's located, an active commercial - service axis of this area linking Tourism harbor, New Traditional Market, Shop-houses and Mekong Resort Hotel respectively from the left to the right. It is a way to make a diversities for this urban space and increase commercial, cultural characteristics and living quality.

Left - right traffic axis which is out of center of this zone to increase the living quality and get the smooth of traffic connecting City Center and this area.

Characteristics of Urban Space

More plaza and open spaces which open to to riverside and bridge view is a good way to attract people from surroundings to come here to visit, relax, entertain, shopping,.... This area will be more famous and active step by step. This is a long-term plan to attract inhabitants and guests. (local and foreign people))

The journey of discovery in this zone is ended with the Eco-resort and themed lagoon for community demands which is the point to stand and enjoy the scenery with axis of breaking dawn and romance dusk and turn back to the shop-house zone again but in the opposite bank.
