River, Mountain and Lake is the crucially scenic nature that inspire us to create such a "scapes-city" that every parts of the urban zones create it itself functionalities, activities, aesthetics and especially stories. the complex will brings the development of all-in-one community by careful and thorough study and development from strategies, planning to urban design and architectural design.

Respecting of natural beauties and enhancing the modern city with ecological friendly is the main spirit that give the direction to the overall design.

Lakeside zone in right side is exclusive for resort bringing itself such a tranquil and piece atmosphere , mountain-side zone in the center is spent to the new CBD with most active, cutting-edge and dynamic activities for residents and tourists with the landmarks of hotel & museum & commercial & shopping zone as the main axis of all day-night services and lifestyle, riverside in the left side is main part for residential area with various types of estates from low-rise to high-rise.
